Moda Seaside Apartment
A bright, simple renovation in a historic Moda flat that preserves the original ceiling mouldings.
In this 135 m² flat from the 1930s the aim was to modernise living areas while keeping the original parquet and plaster mouldings. We removed the narrow corridor and opened the kitchen to the living room, making the sea-facing front fully usable.
Intervention
All electrical and plumbing was renewed and double glazing with thermal break installed. The original parquet was planed in place and protected with a matt varnish.
